Status: Plaintiffs’ motion for summary adjudication of the class members’ claims for unpaid overtime and missed meal and rest break pay was granted in January 2019 in the amount of approximately $7.5 million. The remaining claims for wage statement and waiting time penalties is set for September 2019. We anticipate that the defendant will appeal the final judgment after trial.
